Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential property management experience
• Experience with OneSite is preferred
• Proficiency in RealPage systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and drive occupancy and rental income goals
• Lead and develop site team; conduct performance reviews
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain high occupancy
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and manage maintenance scheduling
