Continental Realty seeks a experienced Community Manager for Mount Ridge Apartments in Catonsville, MD. You will oversee day-to-day operations, financials, occupancy, and resident satisfaction across 266 units.

The role offers a competitive base salary with bonuses, plus a $750/month live-on rent discount if desired, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision and a 401K match. Paid training and team events are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the multifamily housing industry.
• Experience as a Community Manager is required.
• Knowledge of Baltimore County/MD tenant laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays.
• Proven ability to train and coach team members.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains revenue, expenses, occupancy and projections.
• Manages community inspections in accordance with CRC requirements.
• Renews leases to support resident retention and rent growth.
• Coaches and develops all team members.
• Reports on traffic and market trends to support pricing recommendations.
• Manages marketing to drive traffic and build market relations.
• Delinquency management and coordination with service team.
• Reports to Regional Manager and Asset Management on state of the community, market and financials.
