Continental Realty Corporation is seeking a Community Manager for Mount Ridge Apartments in Catonsville, MD. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive resident satisfaction, and manage financial performance for a 266-unit community.

The role offers a base salary with performance bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid training, and opportunities for recognition. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Community Manager or similar role in residential properties.
• Experience managing budgets, variances, and occupancy metrics.
• Ability to train and coach staff, create structure and measurable progress.
• Knowledge of local tenant laws and multifamily regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue, expenses, occupancy and financial performance against budget.
• Oversee inspections and compliance with CRC requirements.
• Drive renewals and rent growth through resident retention.
• Coach and develop team members; collaborate with service and regional teams.
• Prepare market and traffic insights to inform pricing and leasing strategy.
• Lead marketing efforts to generate traffic and build market relationships.
• Manage delinquencies and coordinate with operations.
• Report to Regional Manager on community performance and recommendations.
• Respond to housing violations and liability concerns.
