Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising leasing and maintenance staff, driving revenue, enforcing policies, managing budgets with the Portfolio Manager, and maintaining BRG's service standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in property management (preferred).
• Valid driver's license required; auto insurance required.
• Ability to travel to multiple communities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned community.
• Lease and renewal oversight to maintain occupancy.
• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
• Monitor rent collection and budgeting.
• Ensure resident relations and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate marketing and online listings via Yardi.
• Enforce lease contracts and community rules.
• Prepare annual operating budgets with Portfolio Manager.
• Represent company in eviction court when needed.
• Maintain curb appeal and property upkeep.
