Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Strong leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and staff supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two employees.
• Maintain occupancy and collections.
• Lead leasing and maintenance operations.
• Review property performance with the Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure rent collection and posting; manage payment plans.
• Monitor online marketing, unit availability, pricing and specials.
• Direct eviction processes when needed.
