BRG Realty Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support our Ohio community in Loveland. The role focuses on assisting the Community Manager to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction, while representing BRG with professionalism.

You will greet prospective residents, assist with leasing, coordinate maintenance, and help lead leasing and maintenance staff. Salary is based on experience and includes listed benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience with 150+ units.
• Salary based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Represent BRG with professionalism to maintain occupancy.
• Supervise multiple employees in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Assist in leasing activities including tours, applications, and move-in paperwork.
• Monitor rent collection and postings; develop payment plans as needed.
• Maintain satisfactory occupancy and strong resident relations.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities and vendor relations.
