BRG Realty Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our property management team in Ohio. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of property management experience and must manage properties with 150+ units.

Salary is based on experience and location, with benefits and growth opportunities. The role supports the Community Manager in day-to-day operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, and enforcement of lease and community rules.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of property management experience.
• Experience managing 150+ units.
• In-person work environment and schedule.

Responsabilités

• Supervises multiple employees in the absence of the Community Manager
• Assist in maintaining satisfactory occupancy levels
• Assist in maintaining excellent resident relations
• Help resolve resident concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in all Leasing activities including touring, closing sales, processing applications, preparing paperwork, follow-up, and obtaining signatures prior to move-in
• Enforcement of lease agreements and community rules and regulations
• Assist in monitoring and overseeing maintenance related activities
• Assist in rent collection and posting payments
• Review property performance to budget daily with the Community Manager
• Assist with property expenditures and issue purchase orders
• Manage resident communications including non-eviction notices
• Assist in leading leasing and maintenance staff
• Assist in maintaining market survey data
• Responsible for resident relation and retention programs
• Answer calls and manage messages
• Inspect apartments move-in readiness and move-out
• Maintain knowledge of fair housing laws
• Issue Purchase Orders from Yardi for maintenance services
• Keep office orderly between cleanings
• File and maintain company documents
• All other duties as assigned
