BRG Realty Group in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a hands-on Community Manager to lead leasing and maintenance operations at one of our apartment communities. You will supervise staff, maintain high occupancy, and ensure excellent resident relations.

Collaborating with the Portfolio Manager, you will monitor budgets, review property performance, oversee day-to-day activities, enforce lease terms, and coordinate online marketing to keep unit availability current.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and leasing operations.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate maintenance.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and maintenance operations for assigned community.
• Supervise a team of staff and ensure occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enforce lease agreements and community rules and regulations.
• Oversee rent collection and coordination with accounting.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to optimize unit availability.
