This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on occupancy, resident relations, and compliance with lease terms and fair housing laws; in-person work at multiple communities as needed, with a Monday-Friday schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers, co-workers, and individuals inside and outside the company.
• Regularly supervises staff and maintains occupancy and collections.
• Knowledge of lease enforcement and fair housing rules is expected.

Responsibilities

• The Community Manager oversees leasing and maintenance operations day-to-day.
• Manage, lead, and motivate leasing and maintenance staff.
• Monitor occupancy, collections, and resident relations; enforce lease terms.
• Prepare budgets, review property performance, and oversee expenditures.
• Coordinate move-in readiness and move-out processes; ensure compliance with laws.
