You will assist the Community Manager in daily operations, supervise staff in their absence, and help maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction across the community.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Must have experience with 150+ units.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and apartment leasing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day management of the assigned apartment community.
• Represent BRG with industry knowledge and professionalism to maintain occupancy levels.
• Supervise staff in the Community Manager's absence.
• Handle leasing activities including tours, applications, sign-offs, and move-ins.
• Monitor maintenance and rent collection processes; post payments and deposits.
