Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily management of the property.
• Maintain occupancy and excellent resident relations.
• Handle all leasing activities from tours to signatures.
• Enforce lease agreements and community rules.
• Oversee maintenance activities and rent collection.
• Review property performance vs budget daily.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage expenditures.
• Lead leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain market survey data.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
• File and maintain resident documents.
• All other duties as assigned.
