Job summary

Ackermann Group in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a full-time Community Manager to oversee resident services, leasing operations, and overall site performance. You will lead onsite teams to meet budgeted objectives and deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of residential property management or related leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software (Yardi Voyager, Rent Café CRM, EliseAI, AIRM).

• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Ability to meet financial goals and manage property performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident services, leasing operations and site performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision for leasing and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with recruiters and regional manager on candidate interviews.
• Develop and implement site-level communication and meeting framework.
• Evaluate occupancy and financial performance using PM software and reporting tools.
• Help implement marketing strategies with leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance operations and capital expenditures with the maintenance supervisor and leadership team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
