You will guide staff, optimize leasing practices, and drive engagement through budget planning and marketing initiatives. The role requires a BA/BS in business or related field, 3+ years in property management supervision, and strong MS Office, Excel, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in property management preferred.
• Strong marketing, analytical, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ability to analyze financials.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead community staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Manage leasing and resident relations to maximize satisfaction and performance.
• Develop and administer the community budget and marketing plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams; supervise performance appraisals.
