Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field or equivalent
• 3+ years supervisory experience in property management preferred
• Ability to build and lead teams
• Strong marketing skills and financial reporting ability
• Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all community operations to ensure quality services and high resident satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide feedback to associates
• Develop and administer the community budget and pricing
• Develop annual marketing plans and conduct monthly reviews
• Hold responsibility for 35% of leasing activities
• Conduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff
• Maintain associate files and ensure satisfaction through surveys
