- 3+ years supervisory experience in property management.
- Strong marketing and customer service skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial-reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates through recognition programs and training.
- Oversee leasing, resident services, and property performance.
- Develop and administer the community budget and marketing plan.
- Lead weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff.
- Ensure high resident satisfaction and timely feedback.
