You will oversee annual marketing plans, implement training programs, and maintain strong relationships with residents and staff. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• Proven supervisory experience in property management or similar role.
• Strong marketing and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead associates to deliver exceptional service to residents.
• Oversee leasing processes and ensure property performance targets are met.
• Develop and administer the community budget and annual marketing plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams; conduct regular performance reviews.
