Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. seeks an experienced property professional to lead leasing operations and supervision at our Florida communities. You will drive performance, manage budgets, and guide teams to deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include leasing activities, marketing plan execution, staff training, and coordinating with maintenance and construction services. A background in property management and strong MS Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• Successful supervisory experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferred.
• Strong marketing skills required.
• Advanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building.
• Ensure property performance is maximized, including walking the grounds and inspecting apartments.
• Develop and administer community budget, and evaluate unit prices in accordance with the market and budget goals.
• Develop an annual marketing plan and conduct marketing reviews monthly.
• Obtain bids for all contract services and oversee routine capital projects.
• Hold responsibility for 35% of leasing activities.
