Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Community Manager for a Greensboro-area community to lead the team, drive occupancy, and ensure top-tier resident satisfaction. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and oversee leasing, vendor partnerships, and operations to achieve strong performance and a thriving environment.

The role requires 2+ years in property management, multi-family experience, and proficiency with Yardi and Knock. A valid driver's license and PM license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of property management experience; includes Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family, highly preferred.
• Industry software: Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft Office highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting for the community.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, delinquency tracking, and leasing processes.
• Maintain records using Yardi and Knock and ensure policy compliance.
