Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years property management; leasing consultant and assistant CM experience.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license; CAM/CAPS/PM license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain records using Yardi and Knock.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal standards.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing to meet occupancy goals.
• Lead team meetings and coach staff.
