• Assist leasing efforts by conducting tours and responding to leads.
• Support rent collection, renewals, and related docs.
• Prepare and assist with financial reporting for Community Manager.
• Step in for Community Manager as needed to maintain continuity.
• Maintain welcoming office and assist with resident relations.
