Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Community Manager for our Winterville, NC area. You will lead a multifamily community, oversee budgets, leasing, and resident satisfaction, and partner with maintenance to ensure high occupancy and strong performance.

You will coach a team, manage financial reporting, and drive engagement through events while upholding our Live It culture and service standards.

Formación

• High School or GED required.
• Two years of property management experience including leasing and assistant community manager roles.
• Six months as community manager in multifamily, highly preferred.
• YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain records using Yardi and Knock platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Lead leasing efforts to sustain occupancy goals and renewals.
• Coach and develop the onsite team and supervisor staff.
