Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Community Manager in Greensboro, NC to lead a vibrant apartment community. You will coach the onsite team, drive leasing success, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction in daily operations.

You will oversee financial performance, vendor partnerships, and improvements that support strong occupancy while upholding our Live It culture and service standards across the community.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Two years of property management experience including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles.
• Six months as a community manager in multi-family properties preferred.
• Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting for the community.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, delinquency tracking, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and oversee work orders for timely completion.
