Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property team, optimize financial performance, leasing success, and resident satisfaction at our Southeast-rooted communities. You will coach staff, manage vendor partnerships, and guide daily operations to ensure strong occupancy and consistent performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management (including leasing) and familiarity with YARDI/Knock.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience, including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family properties preferred.
• Industry software experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting for the community.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, and delinquency tracking; ensure accurate records.
• Drive leasing, renewals, pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
