Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Greensboro, NC. This role supports leasing activities, resident relations, and financial tasks while partnering with the Community Manager to lead daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in property management (CALP a plus) and a valid driver's license, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Growth opportunities exist within a top multifamily management company.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• CALP accreditation a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Identify needs, showcase homes, and invite prospects to join the community.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Meet occupancy goals through strong leasing performance and resident retention.
• Create and manage content for the community’s social media to highlight events and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment in office, amenities, and common areas.
• Oversee rent collection, scanning, and posting payments for accuracy.
• Monitor delinquencies, perform weekly follow-ups, and coordinate eviction procedures as needed.
• Conduct regular ledger reviews to verify billing and payments; assist with financial reporting.
