Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, ensuring budgeted financial performance and compliance with applicable laws. You will lead a team, manage leasing, and drive resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and enforcing lease terms. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, team, and resources to meet budgeted goals and comply with laws.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices and coordinate with vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance.
• Supervise lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and develop marketing/leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ensure maintenance standards and timely responses to service requests.
