The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in property management, strong experience with Yardi, Realpage Ops, and CRM systems, and a commitment to resident satisfaction and compliance with housing laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum experience in property management or related field.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Oversee leasing process, applications, renewals, and occupancy goals.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial statements; prepare reports.
• Liaise with owners/clients and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations and company policies.
• Deliver high levels of resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
