Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a multifamily community and lead the on-site team. You will drive budgeted financial and operational goals while ensuring adherence to company policies and housing regulations.

You will manage rent setting and collections, vendor and contractor relations, inspections, and staff development to deliver exceptional resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in property management and related operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budget development and analysis for the property.
• Sets rent rates and ensures timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approves vendor invoices and coordinates with accounting and owners.
• Controls expenditures within approved budgets and manages petty cash.
• Manages leasing activities, inspections, notices, and renewal processes.
• Analyzes market trends to drive occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and addresses service issues promptly.
• Conducts regular property inspections to ensure safety and appearance.
• Supervises on-site staff, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Supports owner relationships with updates and tours.
