Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property manager for a Greater St. Louis area multifamily community. The role oversees day-to-day operations, budget adherence, leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, analyzing financial statements, approving vendor invoices, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. A bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and input property budgets using financial statements and market data.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rents and handling collections and deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance and code compliance.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and coordinate maintenance responses.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
