Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for multiple properties, lead the property team, and drive budget and revenue goals. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Onsite work is expected with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree preference in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Strong multi-tasking, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget development for the property using financial reports.
• Set rents, collect payments, and post fees timely while reviewing monthly reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance certificates and codes are correct.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and maintain petty cash balance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, process applications, renewals, notices, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to boost occupancy.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and supervise maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and curb appeal.
• Supervise staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage client/owner relationships and provide performance updates.
