Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead all community operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and recruit, hire, onboard, and develop associates who deliver outstanding service to residents. You will motivate staff, manage leasing and marketing activities, monitor property performance, and oversee budgets while maintaining safety and quality standards across our 85,000+ homes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a property management role.
• Ability to build, lead, and serve on teams.
• Strong marketing skills.
• Advanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition, training, and team building.
• Manage leasing activities to meet BAL strategic drivers.
• Train staff on leasing techniques and resident service.
• Inspect property performance and walk grounds.
• Tour visitors and guests to show amenities and apartments.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and address employee concerns.
• Maintain associate files and ensure satisfaction via surveys.
• Conduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Develop and administer community budget and pricing.
• Develop an annual marketing plan and conduct monthly reviews.
• Obtain bids for contract services and oversee capital projects.
• Hold responsibility for 35% of leasing activities.
