Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day apartment operations, implement company policies, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will lead leasing, budgeting, vendor oversight, and staff development to deliver a well-managed community.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, strong English communication, and a results-driven mindset. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a commitment to ADA compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems and actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• OSHA knowledge and ability to work evenings and weekends.
• College degree preferred; CAM/ARM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel using company directives.
• Support staff to foster teamwork and manage timely HR processes.
• Determine transitions and promotions for on-site personnel.
• File reports regarding work-related injuries promptly.
• Maintain accurate rent rolls, delinquency reports, and records.
• Prepare budgets and income projections; ensure rent and fees are collected.
• Review, code, and approve invoices for payments.
• Make daily bank deposits and ensure proper deposits.
• Ensure the property is rented to its fullest capacity.
• Oversee leasing policies and ensure compliance with laws.
