Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Colorado to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial reporting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• CAM or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans to maximize NOI.
