Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day activities of the apartment community, implement policies, and maintain a well-managed property in compliance with regulations and investors' expectations.

You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, screen and hire personnel, oversee leasing, collections, and maintenance, and ensure residents enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained community while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems and act.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel.
• Support staff and supervise on-site operations for a harmonious environment.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and reporting.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
• Supervise contractors and prepare for inspections.
