Avanath Capital LLC seeks an experienced Community/Property Manager to oversee a Roseville, CA community. You will drive resident satisfaction, manage budgets, and lead on-site teams to deliver a high-quality living environment aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities include leasing, financial oversight, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC guidelines while fostering vendor partnerships and exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Demonstrated ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns, avoiding escalation.
• Proven effective and efficient leadership experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to interact effectively with senior executives.
• Ability to work well under time and other constraints.
• Professional presentation and appearance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations and ensure a positive resident experience throughout the life-cycle from move-in to move-out.
• Maintain budgets, rent rolls, projections, occupancy goals, and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop on-site staff, ensuring compliance with policies and housing regulations.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and capital projects as needed.
• Promote a high-performing team through feedback, training, and development.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and emergency situations.
• Ensure 0% rent delinquency and maintain curb appeal of the property.
