Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations from move-in to move-out to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Lead on-site operations including vendor relationships and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and other regulations.
• Respond to resident or staff concerns with timely, professional resolution.
