Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Garden property with 315 units in a Lease Up stage. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

You will drive rent optimization, oversee leasing and maintenance, analyze market trends, and maintain strong owner relationships while delivering top-tier resident service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Input into annual property budgets by analyzing financial data and market information.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rents and reviewing financial status reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety/appearance standards.
• Supervise staff, hire/train, and manage performance.
• Assist in client/owner relationship management and reporting.
