Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a property, lead a team, and drive occupancy and revenue goals. The role includes budgeting, lease enforcement, and ensuring compliance with housing laws.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing rent collection, vendor payments, inspections, and resident relations, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage payments with proper approvals.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, renewals, and evictions as needed.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and respond promptly to complaints and service requests.
