Job summary

Fairstead in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day on-site operations, leasing compliance, and overall property performance. You will work with Compliance, Regional, and Construction teams, manage budgets and vendor bids, and handle tenant relations while ensuring HUD, LIHTC, and fair housing standards.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of management experience, COS or CPO certification, EIV and Yardi/RealPage experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience including supervising a team.
• COS or CPO certification required or to be obtained soon.
• Experience with affordable housing programs and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day on-site operations and leasing compliance for assigned property.
• Coordinates with Compliance, Regional Managers, and Construction teams on regulatory matters.
• Prepares REAC/ MOR reviews, handles tenant relations, and manages budgets and vendor bids.
