Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential property management experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• 1–3 years of multifamily housing experience.
• Experience with OneSite required.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and occupancy to meet goals while controlling bad debt and expenses.
• Lead leasing strategy, pricing, and renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coach and develop the site team, and oversee performance and safety compliance.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
