CONAM Management is seeking a Business Manager (Assistant Community Manager) for an upcoming Chattanooga property. The role combines on-site accounting and leasing, with the Business Manager serving as person-in-charge when the Community Manager is absent, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, rent processing, move-ins, and resident files, while fostering positive resident relations and supporting marketing to fill vacancies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in conventional / luxury property management.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a multi-family community, including leasing, financial reporting, and resident services.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations: accounts payable/receivable and rent processing.
• Support Community Manager with asset management, budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Oversee leasing from inquiries to move-ins to ensure smooth resident experience.
