Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Nashville to support the Community Manager with financial and operational tasks and ensure smooth property operations. The role includes processing invoices, rent collections, and reporting, while coordinating leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.

You will manage vendor relations, supervise the on-site team in the Community Manager's absence, and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager with financial and operational tasks.
• Process invoices for payment and collect rents and fees.
• Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and on-site operations.
• Act as on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
