Zusammenfassung

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community in Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities include managing files and reports, delivering excellent resident service, processing applications and deposits, coordinating move-ins/outs and renewals, marketing outreach, and ensuring lease terms and policies are understood and followed.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience required.
• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous resident service and handle requests.
• Collect all monies due and manage evictions/move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files; enter data into PM software.
• Supervise renter's insurance procedures and applications.
• Promote model/apartment readiness and maintain cleanliness.
• Know lease terms, unit specs, availability, policies, and screening procedures.
• Maintain relationships with apartment locators and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and retention programs.
• Report unusual property or resident circumstances.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
