CONAM Management seeks a Community Manager for an upcoming conventional property in Chattanooga, TN. You will oversee daily operations, lead the on-site team, manage leasing, and drive financial performance to meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience in luxury/conventional communities.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and leasing processes.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection.
• Proficient with Yardi or MRI for records and financials.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family community, ensuring safety, maintenance and a welcoming environment.
• Lead, mentor and supervise on-site staff, guiding customer service, leasing and resident relations.
• Manage leasing, marketing units, tours, applications and leases for new residents.
• Ensure financial performance with budgets, monthly reports and expenditure monitoring.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and housing regulations.
• Administer resident programs to foster a strong community and high satisfaction.
• Oversee renovations and updates within time and budget constraints.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare annual budgets and conduct quarterly reviews; maintain resident transaction records.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve community goals and support geographic expansion.
