Avanath is seeking an experienced Community/Property Manager to maintain exceptional resident relations and drive the financial performance of the community. The role requires a strong teammate who can liaise with residents, staff, and leadership to ensure top-tier service.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, rent rolls, and occupancy goals, while upholding compliance and delivering part of a robust resident-life program. On-site leadership and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Demonstrated ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns, avoiding escalation.
• Proven effective and efficient leadership experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to interact effectively with senior executives.

Aufgaben

• Resident relations and customer service across the resident life-cycle, from move-in to move-out.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site operations, vendor relationships, and compliance matters.
• Prepare monthly reports and financials in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Promote high-performing team execution through feedback and development.
• Respond to resident concerns and housing violations and escalate when needed.
