Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in property management.
• 2+ years as a community/property manager.
• Ability to diffuse resident concerns and avoid escalation.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior executives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations + Customer Service: Ensure a positive resident life-cycle from move-in to move-out.
• Implement a system for services and prompt action to correct complaints.
• Advocate for residents by communicating concerns to senior leadership.
• Maintain files and monitor financial health via budget review.
• Produce monthly reports and financials in a timely fashion.
• Oversee budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Respond to emergencies and resident concerns promptly.
• Coordinate on-site operations, vendor relationships, and capital projects.
