Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at a Colorado community. You will handle routine and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and work under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

This on-site role requires basic computer skills, familiarity with safety standards, and willingness to respond to resident requests and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and make-ready tasks per supervisor.
• Maintain grounds, buildings and common areas daily.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed timely.
• Support safety programs and OSHA guidelines.
• Work on-call emergencies at the community.
