Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, well-maintained housing communities. You will handle routine repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting, while supporting resident services and timely turnover of apartments.

Strong customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days is required, with potential on-call responsibilities and travel between properties as

Qualifications

Minimum one year as a maintenance technician or equivalent.
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair and painting.
EPA Section 608 Technician Certification- Type II or Universal (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Ability to use hand and power tools and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Address daily service requests ensuring a safe, attractive living environment.
Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance and record keeping.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate with residents and staff.
Assist with apartment turnovers, including repairs, renovations, painting, and cleaning.
Maintain grounds, landscaping, and on-call readiness with 30-minute response.
