Community Service Foundation, Inc. is seeking a skilled General Maintenance/Make-Ready technician with HVAC-EPA certification to maintain the physical condition of 188 doors across Clearwater, St. Pete, Spring Hill and Port Richey.

The role includes preventive maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing, and ensuring rent-ready units within 10 business days. On-call, after-hours, and weekend support required; must own hand tools and AC gauges, lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in extreme

• HVAC/EPA certification required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must own hand tools and AC gauges.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and complete service requests and repairs on time.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Inspect roofs and gutters; climb ladders as needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for HVAC and general maintenance.
• Ensure units are rent-ready within 10 business days.
• Maintain weekly inventory control and the maintenance shop.
• Ensure the physical condition and curb appeal of the communities.
• Work under the direction of the Asset Manager; on-call after-hours and weekends.
