Job summary

Enterprise seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep resident living spaces safe, attractive, and well‑maintained across our communities. You will handle routine and urgent repairs, turnovers, and customer service, while keeping logs and coordinating with management. A valid HS diploma and one year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year as a maintenance technician or other applicable experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. must be completed.
• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, accurate, and high-quality completion of resident service requests.
• Performs routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs; maintains logs and records.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates effectively with residents, associates, management and guests to address concerns promptly.
• Participates in apartment turnovers; repairs, renovates, paints, and cleans vacant apartments.
• Keeps areas safe, tidy, and free of trash, debris and animal waste; maintains dumpster areas.
• Monitors community grounds and reports needed attention to management.
• Maintains landscaping; waters flowers; performs snow removal as needed.
• Provides guidance and training to Maintenance Apprentices & Porters.
• Follows Enterprise Residential policies and regulatory requirements; understands HR policies.
• Responds to emergencies promptly and attends in-service training sessions.
• Supports other communities as assigned; performs other duties as needed.
