SPM, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep apartment communities well-maintained and safe. You’ll join a team focused on delivering quality living spaces residents are proud to call home.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances; completing service requests within 24 hours; performing routine maintenance; maintaining curb appeal; and collaborating with vendors. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC knowledge and basic electrical/plumbing skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of maintaining the community spaces, inside and out.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours, efficiently and with care.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Help maintain curb appeal: remove debris and pressure wash exteriors.
• Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours support.
• Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to serve residents.
